Job Title: ServiceNow CRM Developer
- Design, Development and Implementation: Customize ServiceNow platform including core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
- Advanced Customizations: Perform business rules, UI pages, UI macros, UI scripts, script includes, client scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports, etc.
- Workflow Design and Configuration: Configure and develop workflows for ServiceNow platform applications, including data loads.
- Programming and Enhancements: Develop programming skills for workflow enhancements and integrations with ServiceNow platform applications.
- ServiceNow Applications Knowledge: Understand business flow following service now applications, including ITSM, GRC Module, IRM, Vendor Risk Assessment.
- ITSM Management: Manage incident/problem/change/configuration management.
- ServiceNow Applications: Familiarize with CSM - Customer Service management, B2B, B2C, Roles, Sold Products, Event Management, Integration and Scripting (Glide, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS).
- Versioning and Upgrades: Maintain pace with ServiceNow versioning and perform upgrades based on guidance from project manager, architects, ITIL practice leads, and customers.
- Best Practices and Training: Adhere to source code, configuration management, release management, and software development best practices; develop training materials and provide end-user or IT technician training on using ServiceNow functionality.
- Support and Problem Management: Provide in-person support daily to customer and team, maintaining proactive problem and risk management, triage and fix defects found in ServiceNow platform, applications, and workflows.
- Development Team Support: Provide support/guidance to development teams during analysis, development, and testing processes.
- Architecture Review: Review and approve 3rd party and integration solution architecture based on established enterprise application strategy.
- Requirements Definition: Define and validate non-functional (technical) requirements and establish traceability between requirements and application architecture/design.
