We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator, responsible for providing top-notch support to our global organization.

With at least three years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, the ideal candidate will possess a current ServiceNow Administrator certification and have worked in an organization with over 10,000 people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day ServiceNow operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to users worldwide.
  • Maintain high-quality service desk performance, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows, streamlining processes to enhance productivity and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, preferably in a large-scale organization.
  • Current ServiceNow Administrator certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management principles.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, five days a week.
  • The selected candidate must be willing to work on-site and participate in regular meetings and training sessions.
