We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator, responsible for providing top-notch support to our global organization.
With at least three years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, the ideal candidate will possess a current ServiceNow Administrator certification and have worked in an organization with over 10,000 people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day ServiceNow operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to users worldwide.
- Maintain high-quality service desk performance, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, streamlining processes to enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least three years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, preferably in a large-scale organization.
- Current ServiceNow Administrator certification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management principles.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, five days a week.
- The selected candidate must be willing to work on-site and participate in regular meetings and training sessions.
