Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Location: Dallas TX

Term: Contract

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and drive process improvements within IT service management, automation, and other enterprise-level processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead the technical architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules and functionalities (CMBD, GRC, Domain Separation, Integrations, Flows, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development and solution architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and security in ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Solution Architect.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and configuration.
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • ServiceNow certification (Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or similar) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
