We are actively looking for a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The role requires a professional with deep expertise in CMDB implementation, ITAM, and ServiceNow discovery integrations. ???? Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB solutions aligned with CSDM.
• Develop solutions for ITAM, HAM, and SAM using ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and external integrations (vulnerability tools, asset systems).
• Create and configure Service Catalog Items, workflows, and automation.
• Utilize JavaScript for scripting (business rules, UI policies, workflows).
• Maintain system integrity through data quality controls and automated updates.
• Provide documentation, testing, debugging, and ongoing support for ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and deliver within tight deadlines.

✅ Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM modules.
• Experience with CSDM, Discovery, and ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Solid understanding of ITIL and asset/configuration management processes.
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
