Sr. ServiceNow Developer

CEIs Client is a leader in investment and consumer banking, and they are adding a ServiceNow Developer to their team in Farmers Branch.

• 12-month contract with potential for extension and permanent conversion
• Hybrid position working onsite in Downer's Grove (3 Days per week)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications to optimize customer service and streamline business processes.
• Responsible for core system configuration.
• Gathering and documenting user and process requirements.
• Developing workflow customizations.

Requirements:

• The candidate will be have an understanding of ServiceNow functionality, and a background n ServiceNow Development.
• ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator certifications are preferred not required.
• Solid foundation in JavaScript syntax, data types, control structures, functions, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Understand the different scripting contexts (client-side, server-side, business rules, etc.) and how to write scripts for each
• Understanding of web development principles
• Strong problem-solving skills that are crucial for debugging scripts and finding solutions to technical challenges
• Configuration/Development of ITSM Change Management
• Experience with configuring and implementing the Service Now platform specifically for Digital Product Release is highly preferred.
