ServiceNow Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Lead to oversee the development, configuration, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers and administrators, ensuring scalable architecture, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB
• Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development, integration, and platform management
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and version control
• Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
• Maintain data integrity, system security, and platform performance
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, and other APIs
• Provide technical guidance and governance for ServiceNow usage across the organization
