Job Title: ServiceNow Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: W2 only; hybrid
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ServiceNow Lead to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate solutions. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet business needs while following best practices in software engineering and agile development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand requirements.
- Translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Write clear, concise documentation for solutions and processes.
- Develop clean, scalable, and reusable code using best practices (e.g., code reviews, unit testing).
- Own the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of new and existing ServiceNow products and features.
- Mentor team members and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Apply creative problem-solving to technical challenges.
- Develop using JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform.
