Role: Technical Writing experience with ServiceNow applications

Location: Jefferson City, MO

Duration: 12 months

Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience developing instruction manuals, how-to and training guides, and other supporting documentation for complex IT systems.
• 3+ years of experience in researching, outlining, writing, editing content, and working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
• 3+ years of experience gathering information from subject-matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
• 3+ years of experience working with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
• 3+ years of researching, creating, and maintaining information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration.
• 3+ years of experience developing content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation
• Technical Writing experience with ServiceNow applications is preferred.
