Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate ServiceNow UI Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience developing custom UI components, widgets, and portals within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on user experience, responsiveness, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow UI components, including Service Portal widgets, catalog items, and forms.
• Implement responsive and accessible designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS (or other frameworks used in ServiceNow).
• Customize and configure Service Portal, Service Catalog, and UI policies/scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Optimize front-end code and performance for a seamless user experience.
• Work with the backend ServiceNow team to integrate APIs and server-side logic.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in UI/UX and secure coding.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new UI features.

Required Skills:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow UI Development.
• Expertise in Service Portal, Jelly, GlideScript, UI Macros, UI Policies, and UI Scripts.
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS.
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and their integration in ServiceNow.
• Experience with responsive and accessible web design.
• Knowledge of ITSM modules and ServiceNow best practices.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
