Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 5 to 8 years (Grade P3)

Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute configuration tasks across the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Deliver new functionality across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
• Support the full development lifecycle and assist with incident resolution.
• Collaborate with platform administrators and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in Enterprise and/or IT Service Management.
• Advanced system administration and scripting capabilities.
• Experience with database schema design and data modeling.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM; exposure to ITAM/ITOM is a plus.

Certifications Preferred:

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)
