Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM / SPM / CMDB

Location: Remote

Experience: 8+ years

Type: Contract/ CTH

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in one or more of the following areas: IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), or Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, SPM, CMDB)
• Customize workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Maintain platform performance and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure best practices and ServiceNow standards are followed Requirements
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Hands-on experience in at least one: ITSM, SPM, or CMDB
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.)
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM/SPM/CMDB)
• Agile development experience
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
