Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and modify the ServiceNow platform to optimize the use of its modules, including ITSM, ITBM, and SPM for NSD business processes.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case/matter management platform, utilizing native Salesforce applications, custom-developed workflows, and Application Programming Interfaces from various resources, such as Litify/LegalStratus, iPublic Sector Foundations, Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus, Flosum, and additional integration with mission partner data repositories.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with CRM systems development
• Proficiency in configuring, supporting, and maintaining ServiceNow
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
