• Create customized success plans to ensure client goal achievement
• Lead proactive outreach programs to gather feedback and prevent churn

• Document all client interactions and resolutions in a centralized system
• Identify trends in feedback and escalations to inform strategic enhancements Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles
• Preferred background in customer experience management or customer success
• Proven track record of maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities with experience in conflict resolution
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
