This role will provide hands-on technical support to manage and maintain various ServiceNow custom applications. The successful candidate will champion the adoption of supported application services as appropriate for our business. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operational health of ServiceNow online environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.
- Support administrative activities associated with a Space Management Software application.
- Administer, support, and configure application feature tools for staff.
- Work in a multi-vendor ServiceNow environment.
- Understand and work with a complex organizational hierarchy.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for software capabilities.
- Deliver consistent process for incident and problem escalation, along with resolution. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent work experience.
- Progressive experience in a technical help desk or customer service environment.
- Proficient knowledge of Office 365.
- ServiceNow Administrator experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience with Nuvolo Space and Reservations System Application (desired).
- Expert Level Analysis Skills using Excel or other similar tools (desired).
- Ability to prioritize activities for the development/support team (desired).
