This role will provide hands-on technical support to manage and maintain various ServiceNow custom applications. The successful candidate will champion the adoption of supported application services as appropriate for our business. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational health of ServiceNow online environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.
• Support administrative activities associated with a Space Management Software application.
• Administer, support, and configure application feature tools for staff.
• Work in a multi-vendor ServiceNow environment.
• Understand and work with a complex organizational hierarchy.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for software capabilities.
• Deliver consistent process for incident and problem escalation, along with resolution. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent work experience.
• Progressive experience in a technical help desk or customer service environment.
• Proficient knowledge of Office 365.
• ServiceNow Administrator experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with Nuvolo Space and Reservations System Application (desired).
• Expert Level Analysis Skills using Excel or other similar tools (desired).
• Ability to prioritize activities for the development/support team (desired).
• ServiceNow certifications (desired). Benefits
