Act as the subject matter expert on all matters related to ServiceNow solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement within existing service operations and core propositions.

Play a key role in the sales cycle by delivering demos, preparing presentations for clients, and designing solution architecture.

Bring thought leadership and business acumen to effectively address client issues and demands related to ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their current ServiceNow environment.
• Collect critical data points for scoping and designing ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and teams on ServiceNow modules, configuration requirements, and best practices.
• Develop staff solution plans.
• Execute service delivery plans with project teams.
• Provide guidance on configuration, integration, and other requirements.
• Oversee testing procedures.
• Validate implementation and configuration with client stakeholders.
• Migrate ServiceNow modules from development to production.
• Oversight of project quality and governance with IBM project teams and account teams.
