WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT 

• Providing leadership to 8 offshore and onshore architect and development resource services. 
•  Providing Vendor Management of ServiceNow Ensure focus and accountability to achieve departmental results. 
•  Establishing governance and facilitation across the enterprise to plan, roadmap and set ServiceNow enablement priorities. Planning for upgrades and new solutions. 
•  Connecting the Franciscan Workforce, through digital automation and AI transformation using ServiceNow ​ Ensure focus and accountability to achieve department results. 
• Partnering with key service areas, like IT Service Management and IT Operations Management (ITSM & ITOM), IT Business Management (IT PMO), HR Services, Security Services, etc. who leverage ServiceNow capabilities. 
•  Provide leadership on customer support strategies and resolves escalated client issues for department. 
•  Plan and manage both human and financial resources within domain. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's Degree - Required 5 years Relevant work experience with degree - Required -OR- 
• In lieu of degree, 10 years of relevant work experience - Required 
• 2 years previous Management experience - Preferred 
• Extensive ServiceNow Experience - Highly desired 
• Offshore Resource Management experience - Highly desired 
• ServiceNow Certifications like CSA - Highly desired 
• Agile Scrum Master - Preferred
