Responsibilities: Develop IT engineering designs supporting business and technical requirements on the ServiceNow Platform. Analyze business requirements and ensure traceability to technical design. Assess testing needs and prepare strategies using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework. Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code following best practices. Advise clients on best practices and implement changes to meet business needs. Lead strategic initiatives and provide guidance on the ServiceNow Platform. Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Contribute to product design, implementation, and enhancement. Work within an agile team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices. Manage change using ServiceNow policies and procedures. Lead complex projects and provide regular updates. Monitor compliance with audit and security guidelines. Job Requirements: 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform (must be able to discuss this experience actively). 5+ years of software development experience with JavaScript and libraries like AngularJS, Bootstrap, React, Node.js. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile development lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. ITIL certification or experience. ServiceNow System Admin and Application Developer certifications are a plus.
