Job Description:

Responsibilities

To include, but not limited to the following:

Create and manage flows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and other technical components on the platform.

Support out of the box ITSM applications and processes within ServiceNow including Incident, Change, Knowledge, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Employee Center

Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applications.

Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and training materials.

Collaborate with and coach subject matter experts in the testing of new and updated applications

Follow ServiceNow best practices (including scripting, security, implementation)

Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current and advise when improvements are deemed necessary

Work closely with the ServiceNow Platform Owner to align on work prioritization, communications, and overall application health

Lead and/or participate in the testing of patches and upgrades to the ServiceNow platform

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

3-5+ years of ServiceNow Administration and Development

Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Order Guides, Process Automation Designer, Automated Testing Framework, Test Management, and Configurable Workspaces

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

1-2 + years experience with ServiceNow development for Procurement module/plug-in

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience in ITSM tools.

Experience working in a SOX compliant environment with processes that support IT General Controls
