Scope:Work on assigned activity / task with delivery team to understand the solution and specific client requirement Find and gather information sources to interpret problem statement, execute analysis and present findings to team members and stakeholders Maintains sufficient technical capability and ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB & Custom App best practice knowledge to be able to implement and administer the solution Ensure technical delivery is in line with the agreed scope Requirements:ITSM Subject Matter Expert (SME), taking the lead on building methodologies and sharing knowledge across the Delivery Team. Familiar withServiceNow ITSMand ITOM concepts and platform features Configuration of the application, workflows and UI. Development of required integration components (REST, SSO, LDAP, etc). Strong inScripting (JavaScript),Business Rules, Flows and Out-Of-Box capabilities IntegrateServiceNow with AWSusing Discovery suite of applications Technical owner of Custom App development and leading the team with App Design Qualifications:Minimum IT 5+ years of experience Minimum 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow projects on IT Workflows Possess ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-ITSM, CIS – Discovery & Certified Application Developer (CAD)#J-18808-Ljbffr
