ServiceNow Developer with AWS _ Need Local only

Position : ServiceNow AWS Developer

Location : Baltimore MD

Duration : Long Term

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) is required

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in Healthcare domain is must
• Experience with ServiceNow system administration
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Now Assist, Virtual Agent Designer, Flows, Integration Hub, Skills & Workflow Builder.
• Recent three years’ experience in Redshift.
• AWS Redshift certification will be an added advantage.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) is required.
• ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Implement ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes in ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Develop and enhance platform capabilities through client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Service Graph Connector, and MID Serve
• Deploy and configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and CMDB for ITOM solutions.
• Implement Asset Management (HAM/SAM), License Management, and Lifecycle Management within ITAM.
• Optimize CMDB health using best practices for data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation.
• Implement Secure integrations with third-party applications, including monitoring tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise applications (SAP, Workday, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• AWS Pipeline knowledge to develop ETL for data movement to Redshift, experience to map the source to target rules and fields
• Strong experience of implementing data lake using AWS services like Glue, Redshift
