Job Description

Expert in Service Now development, administration and configuration, and development. Business rules - Client scripts - UI policies - Data policies - ACLs - UI actions - Script includes - Transform -maps - Workflows - Form and list configuration with multiple views - Database views, Inbound Actions. Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and expertise in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs. Working experience with Service Now modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, Knowledge Base is an added advantage. Responsible for the gathering technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems. Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js, HTML. Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners. (essential) fluent English written and spoken

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality software design and architecture Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting Review and debug code Perform validation and verification testing Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products Document development phases and monitor systems Ensure software is up to date with latest technologies

ServiceNow Dev / Admin Certification - Working knowledge in enterprise architectures. You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies. Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work. Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management. Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
