Software Engineer for Enterprise ServiceNow Platform "> In this critical role, you will be the key to ensuring the smooth operation of our Enterprise ServiceNow platform. As a Software Engineer, your expertise in deploying, updating, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure platforms such as EC2, ELB, S3, EBS, RDS, and KMS will be invaluable. "> We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team and take on the challenge of delivering engineering services on the ServiceNow platform. If you have a strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies, proficiency in GIT for version control, and the ability to write scripts in JavaScript, Bash, and Python for automation and software development tasks, we want to hear from you. "> Your responsibilities will include maintaining customer's Enterprise ServiceNow Platform infrastructure, providing day-to-day O&M support to application developers and users of the ServiceNow platform, and performing regular ServiceNow security patching and release upgrades. You will also be responsible for maintaining and adding new capabilities to the core ServiceNow platform to enhance functionality for tenants, performing scans/create documentation in support of Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) process, developing, testing, and deploying updates to ServiceNow based on customer requirements, customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications, and facilitating rollout of new applications and modules. • A minimum of sixteen (16) years relevant experience with Bachelor's or Master's degrees; a minimum of eighteen (18) years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience with deploying, updating, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure platforms such as EC2, ELB, S3, EBS, RDS, and KMS.
• Ability to write, update, and deploy Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Cloudformation, CDK, or Terraform.
• Experience with AWS Lambda or other equivalent serverless technology for developing and managing scalable platforms.
• Proficient in GIT for version control and collaborative software development.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies.
• Ability to write scripts in JavaScript, Bash, and Python for automation and software development tasks.
