Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - Enterprise Solutions Specialist

We have an immediate need for experienced ServiceNow Developers to assist in technical solution development and implementation of applications leveraging OOTB modules and customization as necessary. The ideal candidate will deliver products and services throughout the project life cycle and resolve post-production deficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Align all development with ServiceNow architecture principles, ensuring reusability, reliability, and adaptability.
- Manage ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and migration to production (update sets).
- Translate business and functional requirements into sustainable ServiceNow implementations.
- Efficiently utilize platform capabilities to drive expected business outcomes.
- Requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum US Citizen with Secret clearance eligibility.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Mid-level (3+) years of hands-on integration experience in ServiceNow.
- Senior level (5+) years of hands-on integration experience in ServiceNow.
- Experience with Low-Code/No-Code Development in ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts.
- Fosters a customer-focused environment.
- Communicates effectively to various audiences at organizational levels.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML is required.
