ServiceNow Developer with a Strong Background Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. This role requires the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and solutions, as well as customization and configuration of existing modules.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold certifications in Certified Application Developer (CAD) and CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, or CMDB implementation. They should be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITAM (SAM, HAM), and CMDB
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages
• Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide training, documentation, and support for ServiceNow applications Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, or CMDB Implementation certification
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• U.S. citizenship is required
