Key Responsibilities Implement and enhance ServiceNow applications, focusing on Service Catalog and Knowledge Lead customer kickoff calls and requirements sessions, documenting detailed requirements Collaborate with IT professionals and vendors to support and maintain ServiceNow integrations and data governance Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a technical resource for large-scale ServiceNow projects Proven experience with ServiceNow Data tables and ITSM processes ServiceNow ITSM Certification and Certified Application Developer Certification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to teams and vendors
