ServiceNow Platform Specialist

A challenging opportunity exists for a skilled ServiceNow Platform Specialist to join our team in Adelphi, MD. This role requires a technical professional with expertise in ServiceNow system design, optimization, and operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Tracking and Documentation: Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements for system updates and new feature implementations.
• Release Coordination: Coordinate the planning and execution of release cycles, ensuring the timely delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and updates.
• Quality Assurance Testing: Perform quality assurance testing to validate new functionality and identify issues before release.
• System Documentation: Maintain accurate system documentation, including user stories, process flows, and configuration changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.
• Clearance: DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Education: BA/BS Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience: At least five (5+) years of relevant experience working in a business analyst, system analyst, or ServiceNow support role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification: IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140.
• ServiceNow Certification: Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• ITIL v4 Certification: ITIL v4 certified.
