Job Title: Implementation Developer

The Zelis Payments Optimizations team is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Implementation Developer. This role plays a critical part in creating solutions that streamline provider relationships, reduce payment costs, and increase the efficiency of payments through an integrated and consolidated platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Modify Client Forms: Utilize XML, XSLT, and OpenText Exstream to design and modify forms such as checks, EOBs, letters, and others.
• Create and Modify Mapping Resources: Develop and update mapping resources to ensure seamless integration with various systems.
• Manage Client Configuration Implementations and Change Requests: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and manage client configurations, as well as process change requests.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Production Issues: Analyze and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions. Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in forms design, development, and associated triggering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and XPATH.
• Collaboration and Communication: Experience interfacing with various stakeholders, leadership, and engineering teams.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues for clients in a timely and effective manner. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• OpenText Exstream Experience: Familiarity with OpenText Exstream and its application in forms design and development.
• Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures: Experience documenting best practices and creating standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
