Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst Role About the Opportunity

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and objectives
• Analyze business activity patterns to understand demand levels for requests from stakeholders
• Ensure business requirements are accurately developed, tested, and delivered according to specifications
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and respond to ServiceNow service issues and administration requests Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for Task/Workflow applications such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Atlassian Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or Freshservice
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to create Workflow and Swim Lane documentation
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks, including Service Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• ITIL certification
• ServiceNow Admin certification is a plus
