Review and clean up normalization suggestions to ensure data integrity and consistency." Troubleshoot discrepancies in the Installed Software table and server inventory data." Process Improvement & Documentation" Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to the normalization and reconciliation workflows." Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for software asset management." Training & Knowledge Transfer" Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and written materials on software normalization and reconciliation processes." Mentor and support team members to build their proficiency in ServiceNow SAM practices." Collaboration & Support" Work closely with IT operations, procurement, and compliance teams to align on asset management goals." Provide ongoing support and guidance for software asset queries and incident resolution.
