ServiceNow Lead/Architect

Job Title: ServiceNow Lead /Architect Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – 2x/week in office) Compensation: Salary + 20% Bonus + Stock Options + Relocation Assistance

Job Summary: We're seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer/Architect to drive end-to-end platform implementation, solution design, and optimization across modules including ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, and GRC. This hands-on role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities and stakeholder engagement. You'll influence the platform roadmap, lead technical execution, and mentor a high-performing engineering team in a fast-paced, secure environment.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development (not just administration)
• Expertise in ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale implementations
• Familiarity with Perl/Python in Linux environments
• Strong understanding of CMDB, workflows, Service Portal, and Agile frameworks
• Must reside within 70 miles of Reston, VA or be willing to relocate before joining
• Highly preferred: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, ITIL, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
