We’re working with a leading global ServiceNow partner to expand their dynamic and fast-growing practice. We are currently seeking experienced ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultants for a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX. This opportunity is available on either a full-time (FTE) or contract basis.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify client challenges and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead engaging product demos, proof-of-concepts, and value-driven workshops.
  • Translate complex business needs into technical solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work cross-functionally across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

What You Bring:

  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform; certifications are a strong plus.
  • Background in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Outstanding communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
  • US Citizenship – Required for engagement with certain federal or regulated clients.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (some on-site presence in Dallas, TX).
