Your Role

As a Principal IT ServiceNow Architect at BCG Platinion, you will join a team that prioritizes design in addressing business challenges, creating engaging solutions that solve problems in exciting and practical ways. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, your role involves developing advanced IT concepts and architectural solutions, utilizing your technical expertise and analytical skills to facilitate organizational transformation.

In this position, you will leverage your extensive background in ServiceNow to deliver high-level technical solutions, implement strategies, and govern programs in substantial ServiceNow projects. We seek candidates with a robust blend of architectural and engineering experience, along with integration and data management skills, particularly in complex ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-level designs and integration architectures for ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Implement case management and enterprise service management modules and workflows via the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams to conduct analyses and implement ServiceNow use cases from mockups to full-scale launches.
• Review and optimize technical architecture and code within ServiceNow environments.
• Work with business development teams to write proposals and scope projects, further contributing to thought leadership through publications and speaking engagements.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields (e.g., IT, Business Administration, Computer Science).
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of architectural experience in IT.
• Strong technical acumen coupled with creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of modern ServiceNow tooling and methodologies.
• Experience in agile engineering practices and tooling support.

Work Environment

This role may require significant travel to client sites based on project demands.

The first-year base compensation for this role is $230,000, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus and contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF).
