Role: ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Duration: 12+ Months
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Technical Expertise:
o 5+ years of expert-level ServiceNow development (JavaScript, AngularJS, REST APIs, workflows, UI development, workspaces, dashboards, ACLs, update sets).
o 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture (orchestration, CRM, integrations, CMDB).
o 5+ years of ServiceNow portal customization (widget development, theming, UX/UI principles).
- Leadership & Collaboration:
o Strong mentoring/training skills for junior developers.
o Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
o Preferred Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Project Deliverables:
o Optimize intake workflows (custom forms, required fields, confirmation messages).
o Design and implement ServiceNow portals for external/internal users.
o Develop automated workflows, communications (email/SMS), and integrations (UInteract, FileVine, FileBound).
o Configure access controls, reporting, dashboards, and custom apps.
