We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a ServiceNow System Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with experts in the industry and contribute to delivering high-quality VVD services to senior leaders within the DOD.
About the Lone Wolf Program
The Lone Wolf program offers dependable, secure, and high-quality VVD services to senior leaders within the DOD. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a high level of professionalism, managing risk, improving operations and maintenance, ensuring exceptional IT service quality, and preparing for future challenges.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and Maintain ServiceNow: Monitor the health, administration, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
- Configure and Enhance Core Applications: Configure and enhance core application including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting.
- Support ServiceNow Solutions: Support implemented and proposed solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Data Integration and Maintenance: Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Deployment and Release Management: Participate in deployment of features and ServiceNow releases.
- Requirements and Architecture: Make recommendations and participate in implementing ServiceNow requirements. Provide architectural controls and impact analysis for new requirements.
- Staying Current with ServiceNow: Research and stay current in ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.
- Solution Design and Collaboration: Create and maintain a detailed view of the ServiceNow architecture. Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery. Optimize stability and usability of ServiceNow through regular application maintenance. Collaborate with team members to design best solutions for technical issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- 5 Years of Software Design and Development Experience
- 3 Years of ServiceNow Platform Administration Experience
- System Administrator Experience
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
- CompTIA Security Certification
- Web Technologies Experience (JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS)
- Ldap Integration and Web Service Integration Experience
- Experience with Single Sign-On Configuration and Administration
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Systems Administration and Support
Preferred Skills and Experience
- ITIL v3 Foundations or Additional ServiceNow Certification
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HWAM, SWAM, and SPM Modules
- Cross-Functional Team Coordination Experience
