• Position Summary
• ICG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to join our growing ServiceNow Practice. This role focuses on delivering innovative, efficient, and scalable HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in configuring and implementing ServiceNow HRSD modules and have strong communication and project leadership skills.
• Key Responsibilities
• Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
• HR Case and Knowledge Management
• Employee Service Center
• Lifecycle Events
• HR Integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Customize workflows, forms, notifications, business rules, and UI policies.
• Develop client/server-side scripting using JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide expert guidance on platform best practices, upgrades, and HRSD optimization.
• Lead HRSD workstreams from discovery and design through testing, deployment, and support.
• Document current-state HR operations and define future-state processes for HR service delivery transformation.
• Create detailed implementation plans, timelines, and architecture outlines.
• Identify risks early and manage all aspects of delivery to ensure on-time, quality project execution.
• Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Define and build user journeys and user stories for Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management.
• Facilitate configuration reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
• Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• 5+ years of experience delivering one or more additional ServiceNow modules.
• Completed a minimum of 5 end to end HRSD implementations.
• Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and best practices.
• Proven experience with HRSD configurations: Case Management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events.
• Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and JavaScript scripting.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification (CIS) required.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with third-party HR systems integration (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or CSM.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• 3rd Party Integration experience.
• Working experience with Yokohama platform version, Xanadu at a minimum.
• Consultant must have ServiceNow Developer experience, building custom solutions.
