Program Manager - ServiceNow

A company is looking for a Program Manager - ServiceNow Projects. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects Define program/project objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely execution Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow projects Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules Experience in project governance, planning, and budget management Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
