A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer. Key Responsibilities Provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory for clients Assess current state processes and tools, defining solution requirements including integrations, architecture, and implementation plans Oversee implementation work and team members with a focus on ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on Event management and monitoring integrations 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
