ServiceNow Platform Management Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, and systems management teams to perform routine maintenance and upgrades, configure and customize ServiceNow applications, manage user roles, develop and maintain integrations, automate business processes, and monitor system performance metrics.
