ServiceNow Architect - Large Scale Implementations

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to create and implement comprehensive Roadmaps and Solutions for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, with initial focus on FSO or OMT/TSM modules.

• Collaborate closely with clients, leadership, and the ServiceNow Development team to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive project implementations from start to finish.
• Lead the development team and work hands-on technically as needed, adhering to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions and custom applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and create comprehensive roadmaps for external customers and stakeholders.
• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs and adhere to industry standards.
• Work on integrations and modernizing the existing platform to ensure seamless functionality.

Requirements:

• Strong ServiceNow architecture experience with a focus on FSO or OMT/TSM modules.
• Consultancy experience with a proven track record of driving project success.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS are highly desirable.
