Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ITOM solutions, with experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM modules. This includes discovery, service mapping, event management, and configuration management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ITOM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules, including scripting, workflow design, and UI modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date configuration data through service mapping and discovery schedules.
  • Implement event rules, alerts, and notifications within ServiceNow Event Management to automate incident creation and response.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide guidance on complex system issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITOM functions and tools.
  • Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
