Servicenow Business Process Improvement
We are seeking a highly motivated Servicenow Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement within the Servicenow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and interpret business needs, ensuring that the scope definition covers all aspects of IT Service Management (ITSM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the Servicenow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business needs.
- Design, configure, and implement solutions in the Servicenow platform.
- Conduct testing and validation of implemented solutions.
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to ITSM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years experience working as a business analyst or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
