About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to excel as a ServiceNow IT Service Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business value by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities, focusing on IT Service Management and Strategic Portfolio Management. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, conducting testing and validation, documenting processes and procedures, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing business requirements and defining solution roadmaps
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow configurations to meet business needs
- Conducting testing and validation of implemented solutions
- Documenting processes and procedures related to IT Service Management and Strategic Portfolio Management
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow and ITSM/SPM
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Release Management, Service Catalogue, CSDM, and Reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to gather and interpret business requirements
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical concepts effectively
- Ability to work independently and in team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Certification in ServiceNow (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist) and familiarity with ITIL framework are assets
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within ServiceNow, with strong understanding of ITSM and SPM modules
