Servicenow Business Analyst
This role is focused on delivering exceptional business outcomes through the effective use of Servicenow. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ITSM and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, design, configure, and implement solutions in the Servicenow platform, and conduct testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for documenting processes, procedures, and best practices related to ITSM and SPM processes within Servicenow, participating in training sessions and knowledge transfer activities, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to ITSM and SPM functionalities
- Design, configure, and implement solutions in the Servicenow platform
- Conduct testing and validation of implemented solutions
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge transfer activities Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in Servicenow platform capabilities such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Release Management, Service Catalogue, CSDM, and Reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret business requirements
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical concepts effectively
- Able to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
