Job Description

A banking employer is looking for a ServiceNow/Visio Administrator to join their team, ideally sitting in Central CT but can sit remote for the right candidate. This position is open since they're seeking additional support on daily tasks as the ticket volume is typically very high. On a day to day basis, this ServiceNow/Visio Administrator would mainly work on ServiceNow Tickets and giving and removing access to various different users. They would also be preforming user access reviews, handling the SSO set up and change the controls within it. The Administrator would be working with 3 other team members that would aide in mentoring and teaching the contractors the ropes. They would also be creating Data Flow Charts in Visio. They would spend 30-40% of their time working on tickets for the 83 different apps that they support. The ideal candidate would have strong problem solving and communication skills. They would ideally also have experience with Salesforce and Access Management.

Compensation:

$37/hr to $48/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
