Role: ServiceNow Developer

• Location: Bentonville, AR (Onsite preferred)
• Client: Walmart
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience Key Skills Required:
• ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management): SN Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
• Integration Experience: ServiceNow integration with third-party tools
• APM (Application Portfolio Management): Strong APM expertise is a plus
• CSDM (Common Service Data Model): Experience preferred
• Certifications:
• ServiceNow Admin - Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
• Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM (preferred)
• Certified SPM (preferred)
• Certified Application Developer (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• ITSM Professional: Proven experience in ITSM/ITOM technologies with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure projects are completed on time.
• APM Expertise: Managing and optimizing an organization's application portfolio for efficiency and performance.
• ServiceNow ITSM Modules: Experience in Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB/Discovery, Service Mapping/Dependency Mapping, and IT Asset Management.
• Scripting and Automation: Proficient in JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and creating/managing scripts and workflows.
• Web Services and Integration: Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), SSO-SAML setup, and integrating ServiceNow with other applications.
• Customization Skills: UI customization using CSS, HTML, Jelly, and implementing custom UI changes. Additional Requirements:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and consultative approach to influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic technical environment.
