Role: Sr. Service Now Developer Location: Laurel, MD (Hybrid 3days/week) Visa: H1B,EAD,OPT Client: Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission(WSSC) Duration: Long Team

Mandatory: 10+Years ServiceNow development exp in JavaScript, APIs, Azure, Jelly, and AngularJS, ServiceNow SPM (formerly ITBM), including Demand, Project, and Resource modules. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (J (J SPM (preferred). JD: b. General Experience: Work Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities. Project Experience: Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments focusing on ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including scripting in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS. c. Specialized Experience Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM (formerly ITBM), including Demand, Project, and Resource modules. Strong knowledge of project portfolio management methodologies (PPM, SAFe, Agile). Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and CMDB relationships. Ability to translate governance and planning requirements into platform configuration. Experience working in ServiceNow environments with ITSM, APM, or CMDB integrations. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (J (J SPM (preferred). d. Skillset Integration Expertise: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies. Workflow and Automation: Ability to design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes. Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., Azure) ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when working with large, complex datasets.
