Role : ITSM Lead

Location : Denver, CO

Duration : 6+ Months CTH

Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management or a related area.
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and performance analytics.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native software development processes and provisioning services.
  • Project or Program Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand service management needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic ITSM plan aligned with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate, select, and oversee deployment of ITSM tools.
  • Design and implement ITSM processes, including incident, change, request, and configuration management.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of service management best practices.?

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • IT service management: 6 years (Preferred)
  • ITIL: 5 years (Preferred)
  • ServiceNow: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft 365 : 5 years (Preferred)
  • Salesforce: 5 years (Preferred)
