Role : ITSM Lead
Location : Denver, CO
Duration : 6+ Months CTH
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT service management or a related area.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and performance analytics.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with cloud-native software development processes and provisioning services.
- Project or Program Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to understand service management needs.
- Develop and execute a strategic ITSM plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Evaluate, select, and oversee deployment of ITSM tools.
- Design and implement ITSM processes, including incident, change, request, and configuration management.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of service management best practices.?

Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour

- Salesforce: 5 years (Preferred)
