A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional IT service management solutions. As a ServiceNow Product Manager/Owner, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration among technical teams and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of ServiceNow professionals, providing clear direction, performance expectations, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective platform governance frameworks, including demand management, roadmap planning, and prioritization processes.
  • Serve as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, effectively communicating project status, risks, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of ServiceNow platform initiatives and projects, including scoping, design, implementation, user training, and value realization.
  • Develop and manage project resources, monitor utilization, and ensure optimal team alignment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular team retrospectives and actionable feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, aligning initiatives and solutions to organizational goals, anticipating future challenges, and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem.
