Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join a high-impact team focused on delivering scalable solutions across Customer Service Management (CSM), Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in architecting end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and is motivated by continuous learning and excellence in execution.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow solutions tailored to enterprise needs, focusing on CSM, TPSM, and ITOM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guide implementation teams to ensure adherence to architecture best practices.
• Support integration planning and execution with existing IT systems.
• Provide technical mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Maintain documentation and ensure solutions meet compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Architect or Lead role.
• Deep expertise in CSM, TPSM, and/or ITOM modules.
• Strong grasp of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and scripting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Preferred certifications: CIS-CSM, CIS-ITOM, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
