Role Description:

• Service Now ITOM Architect:The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define architecture, and ensure the platforms scalability, performance, and security.Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps).
• Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring best practices and governance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Define and maintain architectural standards, documentation, and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs and Integration Hub.Participate in upgrade planning and implementation of new features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
• Strong knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and ServiceNow APIs.Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour
